Do we need to eliminate the consequences now, even if the war is still going on?
Undoubtedly, the elimination of the consequences of military actions requires territories that the Ukrainians have already regained. But the front line, unfortunately, is very dynamic and in the territories affected by the war and where it is still going on, there are many dangers such as mines, stretch marks left behind by the enemy. These places must be safe for the civilian population staying there and returning. Missile strikes, bombs, exploding shells destroy everything in their path, all this must be removed and give people for life what the war took away from them.
